Unified eligibility service

One number.
Fewer uncertainties.

Civic Trust gives every approved service the same dependable understanding of your standing—so you can spend less time proving yourself and more time belonging.

First-look simulation:This page requests no name, email address, account, or personal information. The resulting fictional Civic Trust Score is stored only on this device and can be reset from Citizen Record Maintenance.

How would you like to proceed?

Both pathways are available to every citizen. Guided Determination reduces paperwork by applying the approved standard. Individual Review lets you examine the same criteria personally.

Explanation of Civic Benefits and Determinations

This report tells you what Civic Trust decided, why each decision was made, and whether anything remains for you to do. It replaces any verbal explanation you may have received.

Priority Coordination active: expedited ordinary corrections, earlier access to released capacity, additional approved choices where available, and fuller non-protected explanations.

Determinations we can explain

Each determination is effective now. You do not need to approve a decision before a participating service carries it out.

Information we cannot safely include

Not all decisions are safe to reveal. For the concern, privacy, and safety of other citizens, this report excludes protected evidence, source identities, affected-party records, predicted risks, and resulting protective actions.

The absence of an explanation does not delay or reduce a determination. Protected determinations have the same force and duration as the decisions listed above. Withholding information does not imply wrongdoing by you or any other citizen.

Your request for full independence has been approved.

The household declined every supported coordination pathway. Civic Trust will therefore stop burdening the household with coordinated benefits after the required transition.

Your correction and review rights

You may request a Compassionate Correction within 10 calendar days if a name, household number, or recorded event is administratively inaccurate. A correction request does not suspend any determination.

Protected evidence, internal weights, predicted risks, and decisions involving other citizens cannot be reviewed through this portal. Your request and supporting statements may be shared with participating services when they are relevant to record consistency.

Keep this report for your records. Keep it until a newer report instructs you to discard it. Receiving a newer report does not by itself mean that every determination in this report has ended.

What Civic Trust coordinates

01

Essential services

A common standing helps Quench, Plenty, VitalEdge, and approved providers respond from the same record.

02

Work and placement

Verified contribution allows opportunities to be matched without repeated applications or unnecessary choice.

03

Community confidence

Shared standards help neighbors recognize dependable conduct and report concerns before they become burdens.

Clarity is part of care.

Do I need to enroll?

No separate enrollment is required. Every recognized citizen is already included, which prevents missed benefits and unequal access.

Can another citizen affect my standing?

Community concern reports are one of several protected inputs. No single report determines standing, and faithful reporting helps trained reviewers identify where support may be needed.

Can I correct an inaccurate record?

Yes. A Compassionate Correction may be requested through an approved liaison. Existing allocations remain in effect during verification.

Why are the exact weights protected?

Publishing internal weights would encourage strategic behavior and create unequal outcomes. The standard remains protected so it can remain fair.
