The Measure of Grace

A newly appointed allocations officer believes that compassion means giving more. Then a routine classification review changes the resources available to someone close to home, and the decision becomes painfully personal.

Guided by a trusted church mentor, the officer begins to look beyond a single household’s wishes toward the needs of a whole nation. From the assessment desk to the water queue, from a hospital waiting room to the family table, this FBN original movie explores the sacred responsibility of placing every citizen where they can best serve—and entrusting provision to a wisdom greater than our own.

Compassion with the whole nation in view.

Each citizen is assessed and classified; each classification guides access to water, food, medicine, and care. The algorithm weighs what no individual can hold in mind at once. When personal attachment calls for an exception, the officer must decide whether faith means changing the measure or learning to trust it.

Through one family’s difficult reckoning, The Measure of Grace presents ordered provision as an expression of God’s design: different callings, different portions, and a place for every life within the greater purpose.

To trust the measure is an act of faith.
